Please be noted to check the student’s individual offer letter prior to sending UQ student deposit fee. Some of your students will have the old type of offer letter i.e. pay by acceptance which needs to be signed and scanned to us. Other students will have the new OLA offer letter which directs the students to Flywire. 

You will need to check to see how the student should pay and then tell the student the method of payment.

Students who have an offer letter which directs them to pay via the OLA portal must pay via the payment gateway.
